Due to ongoing national efforts to contain the spread of Covid-19, our staff will be working remotely from Monday 16th March 2020 and will be adhering to normal office hours (09.30am-17.30pm Monday-Friday).

By doing so we hope to lower the risk to staff, tenants and their families.

We would like to assure our tenants that we will operate on a ‘business as usual’ basis and will aim to fully support everyone in an efficient and responsive manner as best we can.

Please continue to pay rent as normal. We understand that your circumstances may change but unfortunately we are not in a position to advise or negotiate on behalf of the landlord until the Government addresses this issue.

Payments can be processed over the phone using your bank card. Alternatively you can make an online transfer to our bank account. Just email us on for the bank details. (Most tenants now have these details).

Any documents, cheques or keys can be placed in an envelope in our letterbox with your name, mobile number and corresponding address.

We will log maintenance requests as normal but we will need to prioritise depending on the urgency of the issue and the availability of our contractors.

If your maintenance issue is urgent call 052-6180600 otherwise email stating your name, address and mobile number.
